Hi Ron: Looks like you have d/led the VMI package from OPD. It has not been tested on OSCAR 4.0 and may not work.
If you want to use the package, I can potentially try to solve the problem - otherwise, simply unselecting the package, re-running Install OSCAR Server and building a new image should work.
