hi Thx for the previous response. pbs_shell test and ganglia are the two tests that are getting failed in our test_cluster script. In mailing list,we found this solution.
Starting as root: su - oscartst cd pbs qsub -l nodes=2:ppn=1 pbs_script.shell cat shelltest.err (should be blank) cat shelltest.out This should tell us if PBS itself is working ok or not. but pbs directory is not present inside /home/oscartst/.is this a reason why our pbs test getting failed?what about ganglia failure?
