Oups, i look again what Jeff said and Lam Install guide.
I applied --with-pbs=/opt/pbs but the syntax is wrong : better is --with-boot-tm=/opt/pbs. Ok, i install again lam-7.0-ifort and will tell you about.

In the 7.0 series, the option should actually be --with-tm, not --with-boot-tm (the option was renamed in v7.1; OSCAR still has a slightly old version of LAM, but there's no important features missing).


You can tell whether a given LAM installation has support for TM (and therefore PBS / Torque) by running the "laminfo" command. It should contain a line similar to the following:

            SSI boot: tm (API v1.0, Module v1.0)

The the output of laminfo does not contain this line, then your LAM installation does not natively support PBS/Torque.
