[Oscar-users] Can't locate OSCAR/Logger.pm in @INC

The subject is the error I get when trying to run install_cluster eth0.  Is this a perl error or something set wrong in my path maybe?  What does the logger.pm do?  When I run the commend it gives the error and then spits out everything listed in @INC.  Where should I start looking?   Thanks!
