Hi Prakash: You have 2 problems:
1) For whatever reason you have selected to use both MPICH and LAM/MPI. You can only select one default for OSCAR. 2) Your Torque/PBS Scheduler is not running or is not accepting connections - you might want to google the error message to see if it comes up with any hits.
