you. When you install your headnode, did you choose "Workstation"
installation?

Your setup looks fine, looks like a bug in the testing code, can you
replace line 40 of packages/ganglia/testing/test_user with:
pattern=`hostname`"|"`perl -e 'print join("|",split(" +","$@"));'`
And see if that makes any difference?

It is curious that you found gmond dead - I will attempt a test with
Fedora Core 3 and see if I can reproduce this.
Most of the other issues seem pretty minor.
