We could put them in the OPD system for folks using the intel
compilers.
Keep in mind that OPD was designed to be a distributed system -- you
could certainly host your own OPD repository (any old web site or FTP
site will do); anyone who runs OPD (i.e., the obtaining remote
packages step in the OSCAR installer) would see your packages
available and be able to download them.
