The package is available in trunk:

Granted, the code will not work with 4.x.  Of course you can just
manually install the provided RPMs, but the good thing about packages is
that it sets everything up for you automatically using the "best
practices".

I plan to release the SGE Package for OSCAR 4.x after 5.0 is released,
however, if you are interested in using it now, and don't mind doing
some development work to get it up and running on 4.x, let me know.
