hello all.. i have built a 6 node cluster using oscar and the cluster is working fine..
i plan to run simulations on the cluster using namd.. is there any body who have done this before and can be of help?.. i am facing problems in choosing the right namd and charm architecture.. if i want to use mpi as my message passing interface what would be my charm and namd architecture?.. i have downloaded Linux-i686-TCp binary of namd and tried running that on the cluster using " mpirun n1-6 ./namd2 namconf".. the process instead of being distributed ran the same process on 6 process.. so the binary i chose was wrong... can any body help me in this?.. thanks santhu ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by xPML, a groundbreaking scripting language that extends applications into web and mobile media.
