First of all, OSCAR is not a company, it is more like a open source project :-)
 
Regarding your problem, it looks like you have SELinux enabled on your Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4.  Please refer to the release notes section in the documentation on how to disable it.  After you disable SELinux you should be able to create an image without any problems.
 
Hopefully you can get your cluster up and running soon and register it at our website - we could use a few more clusters in China :-)
