I *think* that's a bug with TORQUE that was fixed in a newer version,
might even be included in the latest nightly for 4.2.1 since I remember
we updated it.

If not, then the version in 5.0 should have that fixed.  For details,
I'd poke around TORQUE's mailinglist...
