Please set the following environment variable and re-try, it will
provide you with additional debugging info:

export DEBUG_UPDATE_RPMS=y

BTW, chances are you forgot to copy some RPMs to /tftpboot/rpm - I
suggest you go through the release notes carefully to make sure you have
not missed anything.  Lastly, please post replies to
[EMAIL PROTECTED]  If you are not already subscribed,
