Referring to the documentation, the hostname of your headnode cannot be localhost.localdomain - you need to change this to something else: http://svn.oscar.openclustergroup.org/wiki/oscar:4.2.1:install_guide:chapter_5?s=localhost Regarding the issue with apitest, can you show us the output of: # ls -l /tftpboot/rpm/apitest*.rpm on the headnode?
