you'll find a link to the torque site. Here you should find all needed info on
setting up queues, managing nodes and managing submitted jobs.

After OSCAR installation your cluster is installed with one queue. If this is
all you need, you can simply start with your work, submit jobs and wait for
their processing.

If you need a more complex setup, please consult the documentation at the
Torque site.
