Hi All, I'm new to the list and Oscar use in general.
I've being working on having the new master (we have an old, "hand made" cluster) running FC5 and Oscar 5.0. No problem until I tried to install the clients. Network boot works fine but then the booting sequence on the client can't find the HDD and the installation stops!! I have regular 40GB IDE drives on the machines and I've used the fc5 sample rpmlist and the ide.disk supplied with the oscar distribution. Does anyone had the same problem? Also I have a question .. I'll need to install some of the updates on both the master node and the clients and I can't find any info on how to deal with the clients. Do I need to recover the updated RPMs by hand and rebuild the image? Is there an automated tools that will help that process?
