Dear all,
i've got some strange error message after successfully finishing Step 3
"Install OSCAR Server" and restarting the cluster GUI on my CentOS 4.4
installation.
./install_cluster eth0
--> Setting env variable OSCAR_UI to gui

The installation works great and without any problems till restarting OSCAR
GUI after Step-3 "Installing OSCAR Server".
During processing Step-3, I saw messages like

--> Successfully ran OSCAR install_cluster script
I did the installation several times on different machines, some with two
Ethernet adapter card, some with only one Ethernet Adapter.
The configuration for /etc/host looks like this.
# Do not remove the following line, or various programs
# that require network functionality will fail.
127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain localhost
192.168.0.246 metacomp.samba.local metacomp oscar_server nfs_oscar
pbs_oscar
Internet, rdesktop, ftp etc. works fine and without any problems.
Do I have to add additional alias like OSCAR or oscar cluster to my host
file, or . ????
Regards
Peter Rottmann
