We want to cluster two DNS servers then if that is successful we will
cluster two FTP servers.  Only one will be active, the other will be a
standby server until fail-over.

Hmm... OSCAR does not currently support (at least in a trivial
fashion) the type of clustering as the Red Hat Cluster Suite.  OSCAR is
designed to support scientific computing of a number of varieties,
though I think it would be useful for the type of work you are
interested in as well.

You are not the first person who has made this mistake and I think we
probably need to work on the content of our website to make this
clearer.

On the other hand it would certainly be possible to make an OSCAR
package for heartbeat (and associated applications) if one was
sufficiently motivated to do so.

What is the specific application you want to cluster?  Apache?
