The problem is that 4.2.1 was never officially released so when we switched the "beta" page to 5.0 betas I think the only download link was removed.
DongInn, is there any way to put that file up on the sourceforge site and mark it as experemental, or alpha, or something like that? It has not been officially tested, but it works quite well in my experience.
