Oscar 4.x does not support mixed architecture.  Erich should be able
to help work through the hard drive problem.

Have you tried using the "Use your own kernel" functionality?  I don't
know that this supports mixed arch in particular, but it might...

This is way outside my level, so I probably should keep quiet :)
