I am not sure what the problem is offhand. I will try and find some time tomorrow to set up a fedora core 4 x86_64 system to test this on.
You could try manually installing those packages and try running the installer again. It isn't finding them for some reason. I assume they are there somewhere? Something odd I did notice is that it mentioned that it was assuming a i386 arch for the common rpms, which seems strange to me.
