I would strongly suggest using at least 4.2.1 if that is possible. Older versions of OSCAR will have more problems with recent hardware.
We can try to help with 4.1, but you will need to include your autoinstall.log file. Torque, which is an updated version of PBS, is included in the core packages in most OSCAR versions.
