Im having issues getting any of my packages to update with yume from my
local repo.
I have updated the local repo via the appropriate command:
./repo-update --url
http://less.cogeco.net/pub/fedora/linux/core/updates/5/i386/ --repo
/tftpboot/distro/fedora-5-i386/
After which I try to run yume update, but that just tells me there are no
packages marked for deletion. Ive checked the
/tftpboot/distro/fedora-5-i386 directory, and the newly downloaded updated
packages are present. When I check currently install versions of some
packages via the rpm q command, I can see that indeed I have older
version of the package installed on the server node, so why doesnt yume see
this and update the packages?
Take a look at this term clip:
èNote that I have the original kernel from the install CDs in use, I have a
couple versions of newer kernels in the appropriate repo directory, yet yume
doesnt update anything. From the yume verbose output, it seems it is
looking in the right paths. I have no idea why this isnt working.
