There appears to be at least limited ia64 support in trunk. I am not sure if it is complete, but most of the core packages appear to be available for RHEL 4 on ia64. You'll need to do a subversion checkout as described here http://oscar.openclustergroup.org/faq.development.svn-howto
The fact that it is not one of the nightly build tarballs indicates it is probably not complete.
