There are many things that could be wrong, it would be helpful if you zip up
your oscarinstall.log files and post them.

OSCAR makes an image which is generally found in
/var/lib/systemimager/images/oscarimage if you use the default naming
scheme.  The problem is probably not with the image, but either with the
network or a firewall setting.  We can make a better guess as to the problem
if you post your logs.
