Hello Jerome, I would be very happy if you could share your experience with installing OSCAR on FC7.
In my previous lab, I had installed an older version of OSCAR - so, I have experiences with the package. I'm getting now new machines, and I would like to install them under FC7 in order to have up-to-date kernels and packages and continued support. I've already received the head node, but I'm still waiting for the delivery of the compute nodes, so that I've not yet tested the installation. Thanks, Holger Jerome wrote: > Hi all, > i'm trying to install Oscar 5.1 on a Fedora-core 7 head node. > As i can think, i've do all the thing as mentioned inthe documentation. > But i'm encounter a strange issue, due to the > "oscar-repo-fc-7-i386-5.1a1r6584nightly-20071125.tar.gz" file.
