Greetings, we have a 4-node OSCAR based on Mandrake 2006 (both server and nodes). Each node has /home plus 2 other working directories NFS-mounted. I don't know if it matters, but the NFS server itself has its drives on a SAN (iSCSI).
After a few hours of computing tasks doing heavy IO on the working directories, the node loses them. I ssh to the node, try "df" and it hangs. Nothing to do but reboot the node. This can happen on any node. Advice please.
