You can remove a problem node from the cluster using the "Delete Cluster
Node" in the installer. That function is also in the management wizard.
This removes the node from all the configuration files as well. Then once
you have fixed the node you can just add it back again.
As for the qsub issue, you'll want to take that question to the mailing list
of the scheduler you are using. Also, since they all use a command called
"qsub" you probably want to mention the name of the scheduler and the
version number of the software you are using.
