I tried to install Oscar 5.1b2 on CentOS 5.2.
Oscar could not use the local or online repository of CentOS 5.2 so I tried
it with an CentOS 5.1 online repository and it works till step 4.
Now he is saying that same package installation is failing so he could not
finish image building. But the online repo contains the packages ?
Do you have any suggestion why this does not work.

I don't know what updates people have tested on specifically, but CentOS is
generally our most strongly supported platform. I think the last thing I
tested myself was b1 on 5.1, but it might have been 5.0, I don't remember
now.
It would be easy enough to try it and see if it works. :)

I believe Centos 5 is one of the more well tested platforms and 5.1b2 is
reasonably stable at the moment I think.
