As per this page of the install instructions (http://svn.oscar.openclustergroup.org/trac/oscar/wiki/InstallGuidePreparing#DistributionRepositories)
You should have a directory called /tftpboot/distro/fedora-8-i386 OR a file called /tftpboot/distro/fedora-8-i386.url Do you have one or the other, but not both? Also, what version of OSCAR are you using?
