Got it.... Except it wouldn't work in the folder "/tftpboot/distro/rhel-5-x86_64" it had to be in "/tftpboot/distro/redhat-el-5-x86_64" else it wouldn't let me run packman on that folder because rhel-5-x86_64 is not a supported distro... picky picky! :) All good now, Thanks!
