Thilo, Sure but even so this is not yet perfect: if one decides to have its own repository, he/she may also decide to not use "oscar" string for the repo id. Anyway, i will do as you suggested.
To summarize, this is what i plan to do (idea of your patch): if we find a OSCAR repo, we check it, otherwise, we check the main yum config file.
