Did you solve this issues ?
I'm seeing something similar...
ERROR: Impossible to execute "yum -c /tmp/fileryZ6P1 info beecrypt.noarch";
some packages are not available (-y, install, beecrypt) at /usr/bin/yume
line 309.

Not using downloaded repomd.xml because it is older than what we have:

And as a bonous, I get this annoying error with Not using downloaded
repomd.xml ...
I did yum clean all && yum check-update, but it does not solve my problem...
