Dear Rani,
  I just emailed you a fix for fc10 and fc11 for this problem but in 
your case if you applied security patches they may have upset your 
firewall setting and selinux setting.
Remember for oscar selinux should be disabled and you can disable your 
fire wall in the redhat gui.
and that may be all that's necessary!
