Allan, FC11 is not yet supported and unfortunately there is not yet the documentation for the tool (oscar-packager) that allows one to package OSCAR (the tool is not yet completely stable.
oscar-packager is available in SVN: http://svn.oscar.openclustergroup.org/trac/oscar/browser/pkgsrc/oscar-packager/trunk Also note that the oscar-packager man page gives useful information.
