Rani, Since you are using rhel-4.8, I assume that you are using oscar-5.x. Unfortunately I know noone who is maintaining this version therefore I doubt someone will actively try to fix the problem you are facing.
Very sorry about that and remember that if you decide to use Oscar-6.x, I will be glad to fix problem you may face.
