David, I do not understand why you are looking at those details: if the "oscar-config --bootstrap" runs successfully, it means it does what needs to be done.
FYI: - The exports is of course empty, the clients are not defined; it is difficult to include clients that are not yet defined; the scripts only checks at few details and may update the file if problems are detected. - The script does change/check a few details in /etc/hosts, not everything can be done automatically.
