Until OSCAR 6.1 comes out (the next stable, not dev, release), I'll continue to 
stick with 5.1b2, which I've successfully used on CentOS version 5.0 through 
5.3 (which is functionally the same as RHEL).
 
If you want to stick with the 6.0 branch, I can't help much, but if you don't 
mind backing down a version, you can get the older one from the download page 
here: http://svn.oscar.openclustergroup.org/trac/oscar/wiki/Download
