As the subject says... bootstrap fails on CentOS. Here is the error message:
ERROR: Impossible to detect the format of the online repository (http://mirror.centos.org/centos/5.4/os/x86_64/) at /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.8/OSCAR/Bootstrap.pm line 536 This is because .../centos/5.4/... is no longer a valid repository. CentOS (and possibly RedHat) changed how they manage the repositories. The vaild one is now http://mirror.centos.org/centos/5/os/x86_64/. I would open a bug report, but their is no documentation (that I am aware of) for doing so. Do I need to request a login? A work around for this problem *might* be to create a local repository. Not sure yet... have not tested it. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ This SF.net email is sponsored by Make an app they can't live without Enter the BlackBerry Developer Challenge http://p.sf.net/sfu/RIM-dev2dev _______________________________________________ Oscar-users mailing list Oscar-users@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/oscar-users
