I think, here we can't talk about any standard! because OSCAR itself is a
Cluster Builder which uses some third party tools and plugins.
If you mean what Oscar installs in a default setup, then we can say:
*GANGLIA *will monitors the entire cluster load, *TORQUE* will take care of
resources and *Maui *will plays the scheduler role, also *PBS* and *SGE* are
batch-queuing systems and at last *MPICH*, *LamMPI*, *OpenMPI *& *PVM *are
default programming languages.
But! As you know these are just some tools and are independent from OSCAR.
So, you can install your favorite tool to manage each of these tasks.
