Hello,

I'm a new user, just downloaded Oscar 9-12 and playing around with it. I
think it has all the necessary features to implement in my practice (solo
family physician in Fredericton NB). I am coming up with an issue however.
I ran the instructions from the "Backups" section in the user manual and
the files are backing up apparently without a hitch. I then attemped to
restore these files by transferring them to a USB stick and restoring them
on an identically set-up system. The OscarBackup database file seems to
work fine (appointments, demographics, users load up fine), but when I try
to access documents I'm getting an error message;

The website encountered an error while retrieving*
http://192.168.1.109:8080/oscar/dms/ManageDocument.do?method=display&doc_no=3&providerNo=0001
*. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.

It seems to me that the OscarDocumentBackup file is either not in the right
place or I've somehow misconfigured the backup or restore. I didn't stray
from the "official" instructions, but I must admit that the "Restoring the
Backup" section is rather light on details. Should this file be in a
specific directory ?

I'm sorry for this "basic" question. I've never dabbled in Ubunut / Java
prior to this pet project but I'm learning a lot :-)

Any help would be appreciated.

Rob
