Cesar, Yes you can setup your own repositories, for Ubuntu repositories, Debian tools are available and for OSCAR packages, you can use the tool oscar-packager to generate all the needed binary packages: http://svn.oscar.openclustergroup.org/trac/oscar/wiki/Building_OSCAR_Packages
In fact, oscar-packager is the tool i use to generate the binary packages of all 6.x releases. Let me know if you have any questions.
