Hi,
I have this error on ubuntu-9.04.
root@ubuntu:~# apt-get install oscar

distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.

oscar: Depends: c-shell but it is not installable or
tcsh but it is not installable
E: Broken packages
I have tried to google with the above error message but I could not find any
clue yet.
Any help would be really appreciated.
