Actually you are using the old repository for ubuntu.
It should be 
deb http://svn.oscar.openclustergroup.org/repos/unstable/debian-6-x86_64/ 
squeeze /

Make sure that if you have the right repository in 
/etc/oscar/supported_distros.txt too.

After these, please run "apt-get update" and then do the oscar installation:

oscar-config --setup-distro ubuntu-1204-x86_64
oscar-config --bootstrap
oscar_wizard install

You may encounter the missing Qt.pm error while running oscar_wizard. If so, 
please let us know.
