This error is fixed as well.
Build was done this morning on my home fc-19. waiting for power here to build
for rhel-6
The quick workaround is to do sudo yum -y install apitest

I was working with DongInn on the latest version you provided 2r10878. We did
get past the previous error but now it looks like the install does not install
the apitest packaged dependency and when I try to install I get
[root@oscar Downloads]# oscar-config --bootstrap
sh: /usr/bin/apitest: No such file or directory
--------------------- Please fix error(s) before retrying. ---------------------
I'm going to manually install the package and continue testing things. Let me
know once fixed and I will start over.
OS: CentOS 6.5
