A little poking around shows pretty quickly that a very big issue is the
breadth and depth of the data. It's almost as if it's designed for proprietary
businesses to mine, then be able sell search results, keeping their methods and
sources to themselves.
The .gov site has a thick layer of links you have to navigate, and in a short
amount of time I hit a number of "Internal Server Errors".
