Talking about publishing mirrors, Malaysia should have a SourceForge.net mirror. Or if Microsoft wants to sponsor a CodePlex hub here, I can focus more juicy ADempiere stuff into it for Asia Pac region. Already started doing so at http://adempiere.codeplex.com/
