what ever it is, logistics needs to be sorted out. we will need a collectiion center (or maybe a few e.g. 1 in pj, kl, shah alam, putrajaya etc). also we will need a way to dispose of the unusable items. computer waste should not be discarded lightly as it is bad for the environment. the uncles that buy these stuff will not come if u dont have a lot to sell to them. i see there are lots of ideas on how to move this forward, personally i feel it will be more successful if we keep it in a small circle. on the venue, haris may be able to help out here.... anyway, whats the timeframe like? we want to do it during puasa issit?
