In a way true, this is FOSS, 'many eyes make bugs shallow - r.raymond'
At least we/they don't hide our bugs. Mind you most of the bugs are
not -critival' or 'stoppers' - otherwise the SW won't be usable at
all.

XP was launched with 100,000's of bugs ...

Some bugs are relevant only to developers, like documentqtion
errors... but they main point is that a ticket has been filed for it.
And will get fixed based on priority & resources.

Its good to see that you guys use a variety of tools, (most only stick
to 1 tool/language, or if they differ, only slightly - C++/Java).
Otherwise as the saying goes -

     "If all you have is a hammer, evrything is a nail!"

So, we must have saws, spanner, pliers ......
