Yes haris, i agree, attended his last talk at MSCOSCONF here last time and even talked to him after his talk and gave him my webeconomy pdf about around the same subject of institionalising FOSS.
My contention to the crowd here is still that we are too kiasu when it comes to selling FOSS. For example i spoke to an MSC company (name withheld) exhibitor at the MyGOSSCON on how he intends to sell his services and he said, "give free to some US vendors, they give him back at least 10 pax trainings".
