During a closed dinner roundtable in Brunei Halal Conference, one US
delegate remarked that governments are not known to be good innovtors
but good regulators.

Regulations are slow even to come about. Look at the English limbo if
you know what i mean.

But today the web is brushing everything in its way in guantamount way.
Imagine today everyone even in Padang island when i was there some
months before the quake one awek told me she has facebook.

Web2.0 will move very fast, and its all fueled from the grassroots. The
people shall not wait for their governments. Neither is it possible for
governments to jump ahead to anticipate its peoples.

Governments should just get out of the way.
